International Orders

Thank you for visiting DB&BAR.

DB&BAR currently ships directly only to addresses within Japan. Customers outside Japan may purchase eligible products through WorldShopping, a proxy purchasing and international shipping service operated by Zig-Zag, Inc.

International orders, payments, and overseas delivery are processed and managed by WorldShopping.

How to Place an International Order

  1. Open the DB&BAR product page for the item you wish to purchase.

  2. Use the WorldShopping cart displayed on the product page.

  3. Confirm the product name, color, size, quantity, and price.

  4. Complete your order and payment by following the instructions provided by WorldShopping.

  5. WorldShopping will purchase the item from DB&BAR and receive it at its warehouse in Japan. After the item arrives at the warehouse, WorldShopping will arrange international delivery to your address.

Please note that your order is not confirmed and the item is not reserved until WorldShopping completes the purchase from DB&BAR.

If the WorldShopping Cart Is Not Working

If the WorldShopping cart is not displayed or you are unable to add an item to the cart, please submit a proxy purchase request directly through the following form:

Please enter the following information:

  • URL of the DB&BAR product page

  • Exact product name

  • Color and size

  • Quantity

  • Product price in Japanese yen

  • Destination country or region

If you would like the item to be purchased specifically from DB&BAR, please select “Do not buy from any shop other than the specified one” on the request form.

If you have already submitted a purchase request, are unable to complete payment, or continue to experience an error, please contact WorldShopping Customer Support directly:

When contacting WorldShopping, please include any available request or order number, a screenshot of the error, and information about your device, operating system, and web browser.

Fees, Customs, and Delivery

In addition to the product price displayed on the DB&BAR website, the following charges may apply:

  • Shipping from DB&BAR to the WorldShopping warehouse in Japan

  • WorldShopping proxy purchasing service fees

  • International shipping and handling fees

  • International shipping insurance fees

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region

International shipping charges are generally confirmed by WorldShopping after the item arrives at its warehouse and the package size and weight have been determined.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and other circumstances.

Product Availability

Product availability may change before WorldShopping completes the purchase. Adding an item to the WorldShopping cart or submitting a purchase request does not reserve the item.

Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to restrictions imposed by WorldShopping, international carriers, or the destination country or region.
